    We offer a range of programs, from introductory courses to advanced training, all designed to help you build confidence and develop the skills you need to protect yourself and your loved ones. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of each student.

          To start M.A.C.S comes to your location! Our instructor is highly trained with many years of experience in various forms of self defense combat. Our family system has been field tested by law enforcement and prison staff throughout the decades. We have a strong emphasis on practical self-defense techniques that can be used in real-life situations.

          We offer workshops for 16 years of age and up.  We also have specialized classes for realtors, college students and seniors.

          For most classes, we will bring a Bob bag, mats, and striking pads. Some services may require our simulator projector and Mobile Facility.
